1. The principle of the average force of each pass, the rollers of the whole line are equally stressed, the wear is balanced, and the service life of the rollers is extended.
2. The use of C12MoV material for the roll is to take advantage of its wear resistance, but the specific strength and hardness are contradictory. The red hardness of C12MoV should be used during heat treatment. After quenching, the hardness can be achieved by two or even three tempering.
3. The arc part of the track is the core part of the slide rail. The arc position after the first few passes is pressed and formed. When the vertical edge is rolled and folded in the later pass, the formed arc shall be effectively protected by the upper and lower rolls or horizontal wheels. Otherwise, the arc position of the material will definitely change during the stretching process. R becomes smaller and becomes a triangle, and the steel ball is not to the bottom. Two-point contact will produce noise. When R becomes larger, the matching rail will shake, and the track will be blurred when the slide rail is used. Uneven force, deformation of the slide rail, shortening the life.
4. Rolling stability problem. The problem of material deflection in the raceway is often encountered during production. The way to untie is:

5. The problem of bending and twisting in production is mainly caused by unbalanced force, unbalanced force on left and right, bending left and right, unbalanced force on top and bottom, resulting in distortion. Solution: The design is balanced in force, the processing is accurate, and the installation and adjustment are convenient.
6. The accuracy of the roller processing is the key. For this purpose, special tools are specially made for inspection under the projector and magnified 20 times.
7. The main driving side adopts roller cone bearings to ensure that the radial runout of the main shaft is within 0.04MM, ensuring that the main shaft will not move left and right. There is a gap in the ordinary ball bearing itself, and axial movement cannot be avoided during precise transmission.
